If they ever do start counting the provisional ballots in Ohio, don't forget what White House Chief of Staff said around 5 o clock in the morning the day after "Election Day":

So there's really no reason for them to pull their usual trick of tossing out votes based on meaningless technicalities since it's statistically impossible for Bush to lose. Let the votes count, and we'll all move on.
