In Cleveland, Only 13% Turnout in One Democratic Area

A lot of talk going around how amazing it is that Republican turnout went way up and Democratic turnout just went up a little bit 'officially' in Ohio.

But in Ward 6, Cleveland, there was officially a measly 13% turnout according to the vote tallies.

How fortunate for W. since in those 3 precincts voters were going for Kerry at a 95% clip.
